Swedish design from the Orrefors glass company (see label). As of 1989 the full name of this company is Orrefors Kosta Boda AB. From this name we can guess the different parties have been, are, involved: it is the result of a merger of different businesses of which the earliest originate from the 18th century. Åfors, Orrefors, Kosta and Boda all are villages in the southern part of Sweden. The company explains that today they have production facilities in different countries but that the majority of the techniques used are still developed in the Småland province in Sweden.
