Industrial Pendants

These three lamps are salvaged breaking down an old little farm at the Twente countryside (Overijssel province, Netherlands). The farm was located between Weerselo and Azelo. Their purpose was to keep young animals, like piglets and chicks, warm. The lamps are made by the Schneider Brothers in Hachenburg (Germany), a family company existing over a hundred years today. The lamps originate from the first half of the twentieth century.

These steel lamps with bakelite fitting have been dented and rusted and are ready to be hung over a (dining) table. The lamps are re-threaded and have ceiling caps. One of the three lamps is damaged on the bakelite (see detailed photo). The lamps come with three LED lamps (no heat) in their original form; they belong together but can be purchased separately.

17.5 cm (diameter shade), 37 cm (height lamp), 120 cm (total height).

120€ for the complete set.
