From the inventory of a 91-year-old woman. Always used, it has been there as long as people visited her. A roughly made, roughly painted cabinet with beautifully coloured transferred floral motifs. There still is an old piece of newspaper stuck to the back and an unreadable name is written there in chalk (the maker? the client?). This object is in good condition, although a pen leaked into the drawer. The inside of the bottom is lined with a brown adhesive diamond. It has clearly been well taken care of! And that’s what we also tried to do… a new lock in the drawer, new keys and a good cleaning. A coarse, pure, classic piece of furniture that, in all simplicity, brings atmosphere and warmth.
